Spinner is too tall
Do not purchase if you want to use as a carry-on on US flights:Despite stating a total height of 22 inches in the description the actual height is almost 24 inches (including wheels and top handle) - which will not fit any US airline sizer and you will be charged for checking the item as luggage if they verify the size.I really like Delsey and have two Suitcases I am very happy with - but they completely missed the boat with this product - advertising as carry on but not sizing it correctly!

Perfect for international and domestic travel!
It look me forever to find a suitcase that would fit my needs because I pack heavy and always seem to go over the 50 pound limit. This suite case is SO lightweight, yet durable and holds a ton of stuff. I took it from Florida to Japan on Delta and it held up great and fit all the delta international suite case requirements. It was also easy to roll and carry through extremely busy Tokyo railway stations/subways. Highly recommend!

Delsey 21 inch hard side
When I was young, perhaps a teenager getting ready to go away to college, there were three brands of decent quality luggage that met the average person’s needs for value, appearance, and reliability. Delsey was one such brand.Anyway, our almost nine (going on seventeen) year old granddaughter informed my wife and I that she needed new luggage for a family vacation with her parents. After seeing a rather tattered looking duffel bag that her father had for two or three decades, we quickly agreed. The other two brands mentioned above are heavily marketed in the United States, and, accordingly, have a higher price point.Color is a major factor for a nine year old, and getting the right color, the ability to last for ten to twenty years, and price cemented our decision. We will probably get her the companion 28 inch pullman, even though as of today, there’s a good chance she could fit inside it.Oh, I forgot to tell you- she loves it.

Great little suitcase!
I purchased this suitcase in the carry-on size after deciding I wanted to stop carrying a heavy backpack for miles through airports (I'm a big fan of packing all of my stuff into one carryon if I possibly can). I have a large Delsey suitcase in an older style that I have used for several trips over the years and have been very pleased with. I was hoping for two things when buying a carryon sized suitcase- the same durability and functionality as my large one (including wheels!), and a color that would be easy to spot and not blend in with everyone else's luggage in an airport or bus. I am very pleased with this little suitcase! It's lightweight but durable enough that I have no doubt it will hold up as well as my other Delsey, the wheels are great, and I absolutely love the color. It's a very rich shade of medium-dark purple, very classy, and easy to spot in a sea of black and navy luggage! The only thing I don't really like about it is the expandable zipper- I'd rather just have a hard limit on how much stuff I can fit in, and I kept trying to open the suitcase and realizing I was actually just opening the expandable part. Overall, a minor annoyance but not a huge deal. I did notice a tiny spot of paint that got scraped off by the rollers going through the X-ray machines in airport security, not a big deal to me but might be to some people. I like the zipper in the top half of the suitcase, it was very handy to pack that half and then close it knowing nothing would fall out when I opened the suitcase. The handle is nice too, can be expanded to several different lengths. Apparently the suitcase is technically about 1/2" taller than airport regulations for carryon when including the height of the wheels, but I had no issue when flying this past weekend on both American and Delta flights, and when side by side with my friend's carryon mine actually had the illusion of being smaller because it was slightly thinner than her soft sided suitcase. I am really happy with this suitcase and looking forward to using it on many more adventures!
