Q: Are they reusable, or will I need to use a new pads every day?

If you plan to stick them directly on the bottom of your foot then you will need to replace them every few days. I purchased a Pedag Holiday shoe insert and then stuck the pad to it. Placed the insert in each on of my shoes. When changing shoes you can simply switch between pairs.

Q: Is there an instruction about an exact location to put ?

Before sticking them permanently to the shoe, put some double sided tape on the back of the pads and place them in your shoe. Then wear a bit to test the position. This way you can readjust as needed until they feel right. Then mark the correct placement, peal the backing and stick to the shoes.

Q: How do you know if you need the 1/4” or the 1/8”?

From my own experience - the 1/4 inch was better. You are looking to offload pressure to the ball of your foot. 1/8 inch is not very thick....and the 1/4 inch does eventually squish down a bit
