Wow, this product is awesome ! No cramps, bloating, or stomach pains. It does not taste the best, but if you mix it quick and drink it you wont even notice the taste. I will be buying this again.

Great product without all the bad ingredients like other brands. I would give 5 if it did not contain sugar. Sugar is unnecessary.

Too much sugar! I want psyllium for the fiber, and digestive aid, not a sugar slurry. Yuck! Not a fan.
