What's with this?
I must say that I too am very happy with this power washer. I read reviews concerning other 4 - 5 star power washers on Amazon with concern about plastic valves, fittings and screens this that and the other. I too was skeptical to say the least! Oh, go buy this additional part and that part and make sure to do this and that and everything will work just fine. Oh, and don't worry that the power washer is under powered - you can't expect much from a non-gas powered electric power washer (Up to some point NOT TRUE with the higher powered electrical models). Everyone had seemingly one issue or another with most of the other products. I have never owned a pressure washer before, but I know quality when I own it! The Greenworks GPW2001 is an exceptional value! Why buy a power washer for more than it's price and then spend $20 or $30 extra to apply bubble gum to patchwork an inferior product. This power washer is solid! It is a bargain you probably should not pass by on your search for a good product at a very fair price. I even cleaned my driveway with it, ( took a while maybe 2 hours ), and this was without the power wash cement cleaner. This again is a very well made, capable product.

Even better than I expected
Gas is a thing of the past. This machine is awesome! Its quiet, powerful, lightweight, easy to maneuver. The reel works great and the hose fittings match my previous pressure washer hoses so they extension hose fits right on. Machine is powerful and cleans with ease. I have cleaned my vinyl siding, concrete driveway and my RV. Also used it to clean my truck. Cord is plenty long to reach my outside receptacles and has built in GFI. The hose that comes with the machine works great but I recommend getting an extension hose so you can do more area without having to move the machine. But for the price, you get a lot of bang for your buck.

Worked great when it was working.
**UPDATE**I was able to finally get ahold of greenworks and after troubleshooting over the phone they decided to sent me another one. They told me it would arrive within 15 days and I received it in 5. Everything on the new one seems to be working as it should be!**I loved this pressure washer. It did everything I needed it to do. I did everything right. Plugged into the actual outlet. Pulled the trigger prior to turning it on. Tested the integrated circuit breaker. It stopped working 30 days after being delivered.I had problems with the machine staying on from day 1. It would randomly just shut off. Now I am 6 days past the return policy and it won’t turn on at all.I am super frustrated with it. I have spent hours trying to get it to turn on.I was going to go the harbor freight route initially but didn’t want to end up in the situation I’m in. Guess I am on the hunt for a different one. Maybe gas powered next..

Short hose, but so far, a very solid and reasonably priced unit.
I wrote a 2-star review in a state of great impatience. Here's an update.Recently bought a massive 100ft-each hose and extension cord to offset the short on-reel hose that comes with this pressure washer, and in sustained use, it maintained a steady output for 5 hours straight, without overheating or fading. It was hardly a torture test, but it has changed my opinion.I think this is a good choice for moderate household work. I don't get the impression that it would tolerate a lot of abuse the way a gasoline unit might, and it certainly doesn't match their PSI/GPM output, but it's quiet(er), provides adequate strength for most residential jobs, is a lot lighter, and is priced well below quality gas units, which kind of makes an ICE engine overkill for most people looking to clean their property, especially for folks who might be daunted by the idea of having to deadlift a small engine block to get it over unrollable areas or into a vehicle. The "bonus" turbo nozzle is a nice feature, it's good for spot cleaning while not being uncomfortably intense (won't strip paint off a car or skin a bare foot, at smart distances), but for large areas an orbital attachment would be a wise investment; the Greenworks proprietary, called a "Surface Cleaner", is probably the only one I'd recommend throwing on, because using a heavy orbital designed for gas engines seemed under-driven by this unit's output, and its weight seemed an unhealthy fit for this wand, which is... well, kind of dainty. While I still feel that the hose reel is too short, and results in the constant pain of carefully repositioning the unit so as to keep ambient water buildup comfortably far from the 25ft-distant plug, it does make storage and transport a rather tidy affair, and sort of justifies the feature on its own, not to mention in light of the price point.Overall, this is a solid investment for the typical homeowner looking to take the matter of exterior cleaning into their own hands.

Its just ok but I am sure their are better options...
For the price its ok but doest seem like 2000 psi unless they assume this is when you use the red tip close to the ground and after using it to do my driveway using my additionally purchased surface attachment found out the two chemical tanks don't work. I have great pressure from my water outlets but even with this still seemed rough. Watch out for the dial as well on the chemical tank selector as while moving around it ended up falling off in lawn but luckily found it. Also when using the surface attachment be careful on the wand as it seems a bit flimsy and I was worried it would break while using the attachment. With the three connections maneuverability is not great. It was a bit clunky. The only reason I really put this as its one of the ratings on here and why i gave it two stars. Assembly is a snap out of box though.
