I have been using this for 2 months now and I haven't had any issues with my watch so far.Pros:1) Price: I have to say Fitbit is way cheaper than its rivals and every penny you spend on this is totally worth it.2) Excellent Battery backup: My Fitbit easily lasts up to 5 days on average and it takes less than an hour to be fully charged.3) Accuracy: The step count and sleep cycles are fairly useful and they look pretty efficient to me but I think the Apple watch is more accurate as compared to a Fitbit4) NFC works seamlessly5) The Phone app is also very neat and easy to use.6) Extremely Lightweight and the strap is very smooth and doesn't irritate the skin unlike some of the previous Fitbit models (I had previously used Fitbit Versa Lite)Cons1) It's very difficult to disable the water lock on my watch and I had to restart my watch to finally disable the water lock. There could be some issues with the water lock from what I read online.

Syncs with worthings scales and Fitbit to provide data on weight, sleep, exercise & other stats to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Really comfy to wear; looks stylish and easy to use.

Looks good, and a nice watch but the battery life is definitely not as advertised. I've left it in watch mode to test it and I'm having to charge it every 2-2.5 days which is annoying. The button on the side sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, and the screen doesn't always come in when flicking your wrist to see the timeThe Fitbit app is pretty clunky when compared to Garmin.

This things has changed my lifeIt’s a visual prompt and excellent motivatorI’ve never moved so much and I’ve lost 10lb!Cheaper in long run than a slimming clubLove the choice of screens etc so unusualI would advise a screen protector though as mine has a tiny crack on it but doesn’t effect the performance of it thank goodness.

It works but... The watch and app works great. I had no trouble setting it up and i've been using it since it arrived. My only issue it that the strap (although two sizes) were tight and after a while caused my wrist to itch. I have since bought a new strap that seems to work better for me and the watch continues to do it's job.

An upgrade to my previous Fitbit, and I love it. I worried it might feel heavy or chunky on my narrow wrist, but I barely know it is there. Does all the things I need it to do, which include many things my old one couldn't do...and I can read the screen very easily!

Ridiculous, ordered as Xmas present so just opened and no strap in the box? Clearly states strap on the box. Pathetic quality control.
