Husqvarna 584309701 XP Pre-Mixed 2-Stroke Fuel and Engine Oil Quart (6 Pack)

Great product, runs great in my gas trimmer, chain saw and blower.

I was having problems with my own mix (91 Octane and Amsoil 2 Stroke oil). My equipment was running sluggish and kept stalling. Once I drained that and started using this, the equipment immediately ran strong and had no problems.

If you're looking at pre-mixed fuels, you are well-acquainted with the frustrations of "stale" or otherwise non-viable hydrocarbon fuels, and the issues they can create with small-engine fuel systems- especially for occasional-use machines. I have been using the Husqvarna 584309701 2-stroke fuels for over a decade in pretty much every machine I own. Regardless of ambient conditions- extreme cold, extreme heat, high humidity, bone-dry air- engines fire quickly and easily every time, then run consistently smooth at idle and operational RPM- no stumble, sputter, or detonation of any kind. Additionally, this fuel remains stable and viable for a LONG time. I have used 3+ year old options, right out of the can, assuming there would be a drop in start-up or running performance- NOPE! ...at least no hat was detectable. Perhaps most notable in my experience, carburetors, tanks, lines, and filters remain MUCH cleaner than with self-mixed fuels and require almost NO year-to-year maintenance.The cost can feel prohibitive, but when you do the comprehensive math- recognizing the minimized maintenance, optimal machine performance, and significantly-reduced downtimes, you CANNOT go wrong with this fuel. OK price

While pricey compared to gasoline and oil this stuff works great. After having so many issues with my Husqvarna 128LD with the fuel system I had to retire it and bought a new one. I have only used this premix and it always starts on the second pull when cold and first pull once warmed up. The 5 year shelf life is another great plus.

I use this gas/oil mixture with several pieces of equipment and it works great with all, some aren't use much, snow blower, and the machine starts every winter. Very, very little carbon build up at the exhaust.

Not sure how long these will last for my chain saw but based on my current consumption I'm guessing about 5 years and it beats the heck out of having to keep mixed gas in a 1 gallon can in the shed. Oh and no need to winterize, thing fires right up now.
