THICK and CREAMY with a neutral flavour…
This is amazingly smooth, thick and creamy yogurt, it’s the perfect consistency for dollop-ing onto things like porridge and pancakes or for dipping breadsticks, spreading over crackers etc. Also brilliant in both sweet or savoury recipes as it’s not sweet itself, there’s no coconut taste whatsoever and it has what I would describe as a flatter, quite neutral flavour (some might call this bland) that won’t conflict with other flavours in a recipe.Perhaps not my favourite for eating on its own because of the lack of tang (Koko’s standard plain yogurt does this really well) but it’s much tastier if I add something to it like sugarfree flavour drops, syrup, jam, cinnamon, turmeric etc.I’ve purchased this yogurt a few times already and it’s been consistently good; I’ll open a tub and use a little every day so it lasts all week. Just wish it was lower fat with more protein in it, but it IS made from coconuts…O t h e r I n f o :Nutritional: (per 100g) 113 calories, 9.6g fat (8.5g saturated fat), 5.7g carbs (0.6g sugar, 0.1g fibre), 1.1g protein, 0.22g.Free from: dairy, soya, gluten.Added Minerals & Vitamins: (per 100g) 160mg calcium, 0.75ug vitamin D, 0.38ug B12.Shelf life: consume within 5 days once opened.

Horrible. It went in the bin.
I've been dairy-free for around a decade, and I'm used to differences in texture and taste between different products, but this is just terrible. I'd recently discovered Alpro Greek Style, and it's lovely, but they didn't have any, so I thought I'd try this. Koko is one of the big brands, so I assumed there would at least be parity between the two products and dolloped a healthy blob on my baked oatmeal; breakfast ended up in the bin. The texture is far too runny to be Greek style, and the taste is slightly bitter with an unpleasant aftertaste I can't quite place.

Truly dairy free.
Supermarkets take note. Having discovered this product which is not only dairy free, but soya free too. Only one supermarket -Morrisons - currently stocks this wonderful truly dairy free product and not at all their stores. So you'll need to shop around or make noises to all the big supermarkets to stock this yummy product.
