Excellent sizing
When I first received my DreamWisp CPAP mask, it came with only small and large cushions. I was still very new to CPAP and naive about what was out there. I was thrilled this year when I went looking for a replacement cushion that I was able to find medium because the small was too small and the large too large. This fits just right. I've seen that they also have an extra large for those who need it. I used it for the first time last night and had far less leakage than I did with the large cushion! Excellent seller as well. :)

Name Brand Mask Cushion Replacement
The Medium sized replacement I recieved is as high quality as the original that came with my Dream Wisp mask by Philips Respironics. Pics of mask and old fitting included for your reference. I already gad a size Small cushion but a size Medium mask. The size Small replacement cushion and the size Medium are 100% interchangeable for this mask specifically. I have not used another Dream Wisp model. Just make sure you have the triangle shaped attachment shape (pictured) and you should be good. The size Medium is not significantly larger than the size Small, personally. I've been using the small but wanted to size up to have extra space for my nose and septum piercings.

This is Dreamwisp NOT Wisp
This is a Respironics Dreamwisp cushion NOT a Respironics Wisp cushion! I was not aware there is a difference. The cushion part that fits over the nose appears to be identical but that is where the similarities end. They connect to the hose differently and use dramatically different headgear. This Dreamwisp cushion is for headgear where the hose connects at the top of your head. The Wisp connects in front of your face. Both made by Respironics and VERY confusing. Four stars for good product but confusing product name. Make sure which frame you have before ordering. In the package they look almost identical. Once you open it and discover the issue it’s too late to be able to return.

Fits and works well.
I got the Medium size, the Sm/Med Resperonics was too small and the large was too big, but the medium of this one was perfect. Few leaks and very comfortable, it seems to last longer also.

As described
Well, this year, I ended up with the CPAP machine for sleep apnea. It’s has been a struggle trying to 1) get the CPAP machine and 2) try to get supplies from the medical supply company. Evidently there’s some kind of a strange shortage! So I ordered this and it’s as described.

Does not fit the Dream wisp mask holder
I purchased this item but they did not work with my Dream wisp mask at all. They were missing the part that connects into the tube from mask to main tube. I returned them and got a full refund.
