I bought several big dispensers with handles trying to get past the massive frustration of working with packaging tape and all were still difficult and I returned them. I finally found this one and it's exactly what I've been hoping for. It's compact and works the way you'd hope. This is the one to get!

This gem is light weight, easy to use, easy to load, and looks good. The tape stays securely in the holder. No more of those heavy, clunky, prone to breaking, dispensers. A+

Pretty decent. A little awkward at first, but when you get the hang of it, it works pretty well.The teeth are kinda sharp and it doesn't always cut exactly how you want it to, particularly for small jobs, but it works. The angle works in most big packing jobs, but occasionally, trying to do small stuff, it doesn't cut the way a straight one would. It's probably a better feature than not though.Also, the tape can stick back to the roll causing frustration when you just want to get to taping, but the way to solve that is, for when you are done taping, to kinda store it, have the tape go over the side tabs and then stick the end of the tape back to the roll.On day 1, I wanted to return it, but by day 3, I wanted to keep it, so give it a chance.

I always read the reviews before buying something. I read a few good and a few of the bad. Well I don't know what the people with the bad reviews were using, because this thing is way nicer than I expected. Tape roll doesn't fall off, the blade is perfectly located. This thing just works.

This is much better than a tape gun it has saved Mr so much time and it's comfortable to grab and use.My company ships hundreds of boxes weekly and this has become part of the business. I've bow purchased 5 and the 5th one is going as strong as the first one I bought.If you're looking for something that will work quick this is a great choice just buy it.

i hate trying to find end of tape. this device makes it easy to tape up boxes. I have no trouble reaching around box to tape. make sure you place it on it's side or you will cause tape to stick where you don't want it.

The diameter of the inner cardboard roll can be of different sizes based on manufacturer. For example the Amazon Basic rolls are VERY TIGHT and can't be used in this dispenser. They fit with effort but are so tight that it makes the dispenser very unusable. That is because this dispenser expects a certain sized inner paper core on the tape roll. STA Packaging Tapes work because the diameter of the inner paper core is slightly bigger than the Amazon Basics Roll. The Amazon Basics roll has an inner paper core diameter of 2.962. The STA Packaging Tapes are made in the USA and have an inner paper core diameter of 3.016-inches. I believe 3.0 inches is probably the industry specification....

All I can say is that you NEED this. If you tape boxes and are tired of tape sliding off traditional tape dispensers, GET THIS NOW. I will never use another dispenser again.

Cuts clean. Is light and ergonomic. Sturdy though. Glad I bought it

Bought this based on others reviews of this product, but it’s a cheap piece of plastic. Nothing ergonomic about the design, very awkward to use. The aerated edge cuts poorly and if you’re not careful, it can tear a hole in your box!!
