Fits well where I had my previous switch mounted, the red handle is a nice touch.

I installed this in my Land Rover Defender to as a way to cut off the battery and isolate it when parked. This switch is super sturdy and very easy to install. It also looks great.

I just received mine and have not installed it yet. It is very solid and appears very well made. My problem is that it may be difficult to use in my application which is for my pontoon boat. I planned on mounting it to a 3/4 inch thick instrument panel I made from wood. The mounting panel isn't big enough to cover the size hole I must drill in the panel to get the switch into. The switch has to be mounted from the back side of the dash panel and can only accommodate a panel up to about 1/4 inch thick. If there were photos of the switch from the side it would have been obvious that the mounting panel is only barely bigger than the switch body. So... There is nothing wrong with the switch. It may not work for me and I could not tell before buying it because the Amazon listing didn't have enough info or photos about the product. EDIT Feb 21, 2021... I just revisited this review because someone asked a question about this switch. I was able to use the switch but I don't remember how I solved the problem because it was 4 years ago. I can say that the switch has preformed flawlessly for my application which was as a master switch to the accessories on my boat.
