and is great for transoceanic flights
This works very well, holds a charge for a long time, and is great for transoceanic flights. The carrying case is very well designed and I have no problems after six months of using it. While it can be used as an "inline" battery pack, this is not recommended by the manufacturer due to the wear it causes on Lithium-Ion batteries. (Which is why your laptop battery life is horrible if you leave your laptop plugged in 90% of the time.)

Perfect for anyone that needs power on the go for a CPAP and other small electronics.
Absolutely perfect! Received on time, packaging was good, all contents intact and in good shape. The battery came charged to about 50%, so I used the AC charger and it came up to full charge in about 2 hours. Used it that night on my S9 with the humidity turned off, and 10-14cmH2O of pressure set and the unit ran for 10.5 hours that night and the battery still had 1 light left on in the morning when I got up (15% or less charge remaining according to the booklet). I also tried the battery pack and the other connectors out on charging my Nook and my cell phone which it did with no problems. The best part for me was that I was able to charge the battery back up using my PowerAdd 40W folding solar panel in just over 5 hours on a partly cloudy day. The case is great and it has room to carry extra equipment. I purchased (separately) an adapter cord to go from 12v power point in my vehicle to the battery, that plus another 10000mAh battery pack and a 12v battery jumper cable to 12v cigarette plug all fit in the carrying case and there is still room for more equipment. I'm going to purchase the 2nd battery to extend my run time (the case will hold 2 batteries). The kit comes with the 2 battery pigtail and according to the booklet that will give me a 2-4 day between charges run time. If you need to, you can pack only the necessary cables and the battery inside the S9 carrying case and you can get away with carrying only 1 bag. But the kit is pretty small on its own and unless you are space restricted it shouldn't be a burden. What the kit doesn't come with but there is room to add is a USB charger. However you can throw a USB charger from your car and use the supplied 12V plug and now you have a USB charging system.Bottom line if you need a small and compact battery system that can run a CPAP for 1 or more nights, charge other devices and recharge from a car battery, solar panel or AC wallwart this should fit your needs very well.NOTE- if your require the humidity to be on the booklet warns you that runs times will be significantly reduced and you might want to order the kit and a spare battery from the get go.

Used with a Resmed S9
I bought this for camping to use my Resmed S9. It lasts about 2-3 nights without the humidifying attachment. After that I used a 12 volt adapter to plug the battery into a car to recharge. I was also able to get the campground store to let me recharge it using their AC plug for a faster charge than the car would give. It worked great for camping. - 1 Star as I wold like it to include the 12 volt DC cable ($28 more) for the price of this kit. Also a storage container to keep all the cables and parts in one place would be nice too, I mean for $330 it would be doable. The battery really did work well and I have used it to charge cell phone batteries, run my C-pap during power outages, and on a road trip on the motorcycle. I bought this with the hope that I could also use this to go backpacking again as the need for the CPAP prevents me from doing that. The battery doesn't weigh that much but with the CPAP size I am looking for other options for my next machine.Pros: Great battery life, small lightweight design, comes with a bunch of cables and plugs. This battery can be recharged with a solar panel. Battery charge level lights let you know how much juice you have left.Cons: DC power cord is extra, should be included. No storage bag or container to keep all components together. Slow recharge time especially with solar panel, and auto DC power. This is quality battery that has been worth it so far. I really do appreciate the companies that put these products out and allow me and other with sleep apnea to continue to do the activities we love to do.

Bad Invertor or Bad Connection from Invertor to Battery
I bought this in 2018 and haven't been able to use it much since then. It worked MAYBE 1 our of the 20 times I've tried to use it. Now I NEED it for a backpacking trip and am annoyed that it has never worked reliably. Yes, I know you have to do the connection from the battery to the CPAP in a particular order. It seems like the wire from the invertor to the CPAP is bad. The power light on my CPAP will flicker on and off as I'm plugging it in but won't stay on when plugged all the way in. Who can I call to get this wire replaced? AirSense 10 CPAP. Thank you.

Works good needs male end to plug into cigarette lighter of vehicle
Purchased for camping. Do not forget to take the included convertor (hooks battery to cpap) with you!Worked very well. Good for possibly 2 nights with humidifier or heated hose turned off. I charged after each morning to ensure I had lots of power even though I would have 54% after one night.Does not come with charger to insert into a cigarette lighter, that is extra. Does have the female cigarette lighter to connect from battery but not the male end to connect to vehicle cigarette lighter.

Best option for Resmed Airsense 10.
So I've had a chance now to test it for a few nights. For reference, I'm on a fairly high pressure range, around 11-15 cm H2O. I've ran my Airsense 10 on the battery with no humidifier and no heated tube, and I got 7.5 hours straight out of it with the battery down to 40%. So this is probably good for a night and a half, but not something I would rely on for multiple nights unless you have a source nearby for recharging it (car, solar panels etc).Overall I am very impressed. I will be taking this with me on my next trip abroad.

Expensive but good product for travellers
I bought it to help me sleep on a red eye flight to Europe this summer. I have a an s9 cpap device. Worked great. The battery is super strong and I could use it for two straight nights if I wanted to. I didn’t use the humidifier.

Works great!
Works great. Turned off climate control on my ResMed S9 and the battery lasted two nights and still had power to charge my iPhone and iPad.
