Great smartwatch.
I bought this a couple of years ago and it's still working well. I love it.

Health, Fitness and Spirit
Thus far, I am extremely pleased with my new Fitbit Luxe. Mine is the beautiful soft gold with the lunar white band. I researched so many smart watches/trackers that I became terribly confused. My husband and I even bought 2 lower-priced watches. My husband kept his, but it wasn't the right one for me. I decided to go with the Fitbit Luxe because it had all that I needed, the size was perfect and it looked more like a lovely piece of jewelry as opposed to a clunky tracker. It was very easy to pair and much of it was already set up. The only things left to do were to input personal information and make any desired changes where necessary. The face is much smaller, but the variety of faces and the fact that the colors and print are so vivid make everything easy to see. However, some folks may have an issue with the smaller screen and should take that into consideration before purchasing the Luxe. I'm very pleased with the accuracy of the Luxe. And, as I said, everything seems to be working fine. I like the the emphasis placed on mind, as well as body and fitness. The 6-month Fitbit Premium is great, but I have to weigh the premium cost once it expires because it is a bit high.My previous smart watch was a Versa 2. I really liked it, but it ceased working after the warranty expired. I've had a couple other Fitbits and keep coming back to them. I'm hoping that the lifespan of the Luxe is better than the Versa 2.

3 year life, loved it!
I got this in November 2021 and it died this week (October 2024). It gave me a solid 3 years!!!!! Tracked all my activity, sleep, even naps. I took it all over the country. The watch synced with time changes. I had it in mud, water, oceans, everywhere! It died on my trip to Dominican Republic after going into the ocean for its last hoorah, then the screen went white. Gave me a phenomenal run!!!! Excellent battery life, charge time, no complaints.

Great, but temperamental
I love the look and feel of the Luxe (my 2nd Fitbit product), as well as many of the features. My primary complaints are that my notifications rarely come through (phone calls, texts, calendar reminders), which is one of the main reasons I purchased it; the date cannot be locked into the “Home Screen”, so when I flip my wrist, it cycles between several data points (heart rate, steps, date); it has had to be reset a few times because it stops responding, even when fully charged; it does not consistently update some of the data on the watch (sleep, oxygen, readiness) unless I intentionally update it with the app open on my phone; the screen cracked pretty early on in ownership, while my previous Fitbit never cracked in 4+ years. It is very sleek and I love using the alarm and timer features. When notifications actually sync from my phone, that is a good feature and I can read most of my messages completely.

Beautiful bracelet and fitness watch
This fitness tracker is EVERTHING it says it is! I have a fitbit charge 2 but I decided I needed to upgrade my watch. I have osteoporosis and I cannot do the 10,000 steps a day anymore. I decided to ride my indoor bike instead. The fitbit charge 2 doesn't track bike rides. I would have to move my arms constantly for at least 30 minutes just to get a reading and the fitbit charge 2 would pick it up as an elliptical workout! Over time the fitbit would stop reading those rides. I knew then it was time for a new tracker. I read up on the fitbit luxe and decided to buy this watch. The luxe picks up my bike rides and I love it! It will also tell me how many calories I'm burning and heart. rate readings. On the fitbit charge 2, I would constantly have to press a button just to read my heart rate which would be a hindrance. All I have to do now is twist my arm to read my watch. It will also send me alerts when I get a text message! I also have a very small wrist and the band is an absolutely perfect fit without looking like a computer on my arm.

Fitbit has gone waaaay downhill
I bought a brand new FitBit Luxe on April 1st, 2023. It arrived with a defective band. It gaps likes its going to fall off, a known issue for this product. I immediately contacted Fitbit and they told me to send it back for a replacement. I sent back the whole watch with the band attached. On May 8th I received a refurbished watchface in return, missing the $100 gold band. I called and was told over the phone to return the watchface to them and they'd send me a brand new watch in the box. I immediately returned this item and they received it on May 11th. They never contacted me to tell me the replacement was coming so on May 16th I called again. I was told the watch would be there at the end of the week, but the representative could not provide me tracking information. I started to realize something was off and asked to speak to a manager. I wad told they don't have managers available and one would email me. Nobody ever emailed me.On May 26th I STILL had not received my replacement or any correspondence from Fitbit. I contacted them again via chat so that I could take screenshots of what they say since both phone calls I'd made contained false information from the representatives (that I would be sent a replacement via 2 day shipping as soon as I returned the watchface—first phone call. And that a manager would contact me via email—second call.)The agent via chat told me they'd be shipping my watch immediately. I got an email with tracking information that same day that said "your item has shipped!". The email said 2 day shipping. The email also showed that the item I was being sent was a brand new watch in the box. There was a picture of the box.My watch never arrived. A week after it should have been here I checked the tracking number and it wasn't a valid tracking number. The item had never been given to a carrier. I contacted support again and asked where my watch was. They said they shipped it and refrenced the invalid shipping number. I asked to speak to a supervisor because now I just want my money back. It's been almost 2 months since I bought this, they sent me defective product twice and now can't even send me the replacement for the last mess up. I got a single email from a supervisor on June 3rd. I immediately replied and said I wanted the refund he offered me in the email. He never responded. I emailed again 3 days later. No reply. I contacted support again today, June 7th, and reiterated that my item still has not left their warehouse and I'd now like a refund. The agent immediately triggered the shipment and I received a text notification from UPS that the watch was on the way. I was then told that I could not have a refund because it had been 45 days since purchase. In the 45 day window I had already returned this item to them TWICE. The last return was received by Fitbit on day 41 of the 45 day period. They never sent my replacement so they purposely ran out the clock on my window for a refund while also not sending me the product.I then asked if I was being sent a brand new watch in the box as indicated in the "your item has shipped" email and by the representative on the phone back on May 8th. I was told no, my item was coming in a padded envelope because I was getting a refurbished watch, not a new one. They said they reserve the right to send refurbished items and this is in their warranty (true), but I was denied a return in a reasonable time-frame so that a refund was no longer an option. Highly unethical
