Zeikos ZE-LPF Professional LCD/Lens Cleaner - Black

very frustrating to be honest as i got this one even though there was similar items with no delivery fees but got this one cos of the spray thingy and then find out that it doesnt!!

I hate to leave a 1 star review for this product, especially since I DIDN'T RECEIVE a Zeikos ZE-LPF lens pen like I ordered. But people need to know what's going on here.After deciding the Zeikos ZE-LPF was a good lens pen for the value, I clicked "Add to Cart" to purchase it. On the product page, it shows that the seller is Zeikos. This is not the case. It's sold by a seller called aSavings.Well, my package arrived quickly, but when I opened it I did not have a Zeikos ZE-LPF lens pen as advertised. What I received was a Targus TGK-LPC lens pen. Not only is it a cheap knockoff, but the Targus pen DOES NOT have the patented felt tip cleaning end - instead it has a built-in sprayer (comes with a terribly cheap cloth) and is notorious for leaking the cleaning fluid all over everything. It's a HORRIBLE product.Assuming that anyone could make an innocent mistake, I contacted the seller (aSavings) and let them know that I received the wrong item. I even told them exactly what they *had* sent me and asked for them send the correct item. They responded quickly and agreed without hassle to send the correct item (the Zeikos ZE-LPF lens pen).Problem solved, right? Wrong. I received the replacement from aSavings in a couple of days, but when I opened the package, there again sat ANOTHER Targus TGK-LPC lens pen. Unbelievable.I contacted them again to ask what the heck was going on and demand that they fix this mistake promptly - I even included a picture of the two incorrect Targus pens they sent. I heard nothing back for a couple of days. Then today (Sunday) - when they're normally closed - I received a reply that they NO LONGER HAVE the Zeikos ZE-LPF lens pen. If you're thinking of purchasing this product, read that again ... this seller NO LONGER CARRIES the Zeikos lens pen you see in the photo and description, and they have officially replaced it with the much inferior Targus TGK-LPC lens pen. *If you order this, you WILL NOT receive a Zeikos lens pen from this point on - by the seller's own admission, they DON'T HAVE THEM ANYMORE.I don't appreciate the sneaky bait-and-switch attempt. This seller needs to edit the description and photo to what they're *actually* selling you. Had they been up front with me before ever shipping anything, and let me know they no longer had the Zeikos lens pen, I would have said ok, fine, give me a refund. No biggie. But pretending to sell the Zeikos pen, and even sending a replacement of the same wrong item TWICE and waiting until my third complaint to inform me that they no longer have the Zeikos pen, is just ridiculous.To their credit, they ship very fast and are more-or-less prompt with customer service reply - just not customer service honesty.*** To sum up: DO NOT BUY THIS if you want the Zeikos ZE-LPF lens pen. You WILL NOT RECEIVE that item, but will get the inferior (and functionally different) Targus TGK-LPC lens pen. ***

This item arrived very promptly however it was not the item picutred. Well guess what.....there is a little spray bottle of some mystery liquid instead.I wish I would have taken the time to read all the reviews. I believe I am not the only one that was mislead!!!This thing is going in the trash. The only thing I am keeping is the microfiber cloth!!!

Amazon needs to shut this down. I ordered a product with the dry cleaner on one end. In fact I just went back and double checked to make sure I didn't make a mistake - I didn't. It says verbatim:-Product Features +Removes Dust Without Scratching Your Device +Pocket Clip for Added Convenience +One Side has a Retractable Brush and the other Side has a Special Non-Liquid Cleaner. +Microfiber Cloth IncludedThey shipped a product with a wet spray on the end with a microfiber cloth. Not what I ordered! In fact the picture shows the dry cleaner tip!I would give it zero stars but that's not an option.

Not much one can say about this little device. It has some great options for getting your electronics, and especially cameras, nice and clean.The brush is great for removing dust and foreign debris from cracks and spaces that are too tight for anything else. The other end of the pen works great for finger prints or other smudges. And it even comes with a small micro fiber cloth, with is excellent for your lens glass or LCD screens. Combine this with a  Giottos AA1900 Rocket Air Blaster Large - Black  and you've got a complete cleaning kit for your items at very little cost.I highly recommend this product for all your sensitive cleaning needs.
