Pole Sun & Wind Shelter

After a few sand sandwiches at various beach trips last year when it got a bit breezy I decided I'd get a windbreaker this year, and despite the low cost this one does the job nicely. It's a good size with the 4 panels, the fabric is strong and the wooden poles are sturdy. The first use was in early May where the sunshine was accompanied by a fresh breeze, this performed brilliantly, I got to lie out and enjoy the sun and was completely sheltered from the wind. I also used it recently in garden to protect a cluster of young sunflowers from a June storm that brought sustained 45mph gusts, which would snapped them without this protecting them. Highly recommended

Brilliant for the beach. We also use them in the garden to help the kids stay sheltered from the wind. Does exactly as it’s meant to, and very sturdy and durable. Very easily installed, however buy a rubber hammer to ensure it runs smoothly.

Functional and Cost effective for use

It was OK as far as a standard windbreak goes, cheap, but not great quality. 2 of the poles have got splits in. The poles aren't sharpened very much - they're tapered to 15mm diameter then completely flat. This means they're fine on a sandy beach, but no good for camping as you can't beat the poles into the ground because they're not pointy!

Arrived on time and just what I have been looking for to shield me from the wind on my classic car events.

I thought this was a great purchase, not too heavy to carry and is well made. Kept the breeze off whilst sat having a picnic on Filey beach (east coast of England). You need a rubber mallet or something with you to hammer the wind break poles into the sand. Fantastic value, very pleased!

Excellent for the beach! I found this easy to dig into the sand/pebbles at our local beach (just bring a rubber mallet!) and it was perfect for providing privacy and sheltering us from the wind. Bright and colourful too, and well made. Nice and large!

Great windbreak, I bought one recently (120cm/4ft posts) which was perfect, so I bought another, it's totally fit for purpose, but it turned up with 150cm/5ft posts with a different taper. (I only wanted the posts to use as tree stakes, so mildly disapointed that the repeat order got me an upgrade 🤫) - great service and excellent speedy delivery, but I'm going to hammer these in a lot further than the last batch, hence the drop to 4 stars (me being a grumpy old man tbh)

Eigentlich ein gutes Produkt. Die Bespannung hat mir jedoch nicht gefallen und es ist aus der Beschreibung nur versteckt herauszulesen, dass es sich nicht um Stoff sondern Gewebeplane handelt. Und aufgrund der Größe würde eine Rücksendung ca. 50% des Gesamtpreises kosten, die man selber zu tragen hat. Also besser keine solch großen Artikel online bestellen, wenn man sich bzgl. Qualität etc. nicht ganz sicher ist!
