Q: How easy is it to clean? I want to use is outside as a hummingbird bath so I want the fountain very clean.

To refill this fountain, water is poured into an opening in the back. Then the water recirculates. I would think the birds would get it so dirty on the top and then the dirty water would recirculate. It probably wouldn’t be optimum.

Q: How do you change the pump?

I’ve had this water jar fountain and ordered a new pump for it non led , it does not work, what is wrong, does it take a special pump?

Q: How wide is the top water “dish/area”?

It has a 7-inch-wide top water dish space.
