How many lights can you have connected to the Embrava Connect software?

Depending on what type of tool you using it for (teams or zoom) with teams you can configure 4 and zoom you can configure 5 different options. As for the color options, besides no color, there are 6 other colors to pick from

I would like it to automatically be one color for audio calls, another for audio video on zoom, can it do that?

You can customize your color based on your call. When you’re in conference call it will automatically flash in red or stay solid. I am sure you can customize your color you want though.

Will this change color when I'm muted in a meeting?

For Microsoft Teams, the color only changes when you change your status or are in a meeting. I do not believe the color changes based on mute status
