Great animal catcher for the price.
Turned out I didn’t need it after all. Could not return because the 3rd party return shipping was almost as much as the product. Worth keeping though.

Hard to Use & Seems Like it Would Break Under too much Pressure
I can easily tighten the loop but when it comes to loosening it.. forget it! Also the material though not cheap feels like it would break under pressure of a bigger dog.

Great catch pole
Both my cats hate their carriers, so I had to buy this catch pole to get them in, when we had to leave the apartment I'm in, on a temporary basis... My Fiancee used this with ease to help with the cats. I am disabled with balance issues, so he was kind enough to help.

Sturdy, easy to use, worth it
Very nice catch pole. Great value for the money spent on it. The release is a little tricky but once you figure it out it is so easy to use. The pvc is the perfect size for your hands. Got this for an "aggressive" dog I took in and tried it with my other dogs so I could get the hang of it. So far I have not had to actually use it but I carry it in my truck everywhere I go. I know that when I need it it'll work as expected.

Doesn't work well
Got this for a friend to help her to catch her crazy Farrel cat. She said it's to hard to use and the loop moves to hard to use.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews because those people didn’t know how it actually works
many of the reviewer‘s that said it was too difficult to open did not realize that there is a latch on the end where you pull and you pull the latch out and it unlocks the cord. This product is made better than the more expensive ones because it’s a fair price and the materials work as promised

Yes...yes...YES!!
Great product and easy to use!! Got it because our family dog LOVES water and often gets in our pool this always helps us get him out! He's a pit I'll mix and will bite anything that we use to try to get him out, and end up destroying it, but this product holds up, and is very durable. Only problem is that it's starting to rust from the water. We normally don't dry it, so we've learned our lesson. Will re-purchase another one and take better care of it when the time comes! Great product, anyone can use it.
