Awesome recovery help
This product is awesome, I'm high performance athlete and train 3 times every day, since I'm taking this product my muscle soreness was reduced about 70 to 80 %. As a result I'm training better and my muscles are getting better definition

It good but
The flavor is strong in water melon it sweet but I think the protein in it makes it feels weird after the sip. Hydration is a plus for me and I also use it for my job and it works well on that.

Unbelievably awful taste
Tastes horrible, I can't imagine how someone thought this was a good combination. So sweet you will feet like vomiting immediately. And the watermelon taste is something that can't be described, just rancid.
