Writing Business Bids and Proposals For Dummies : Cobb, Neil, Divine, Charlie: desertcart.ae: Books Review: It's a first step guide for all stepping into proposal development. Written in very simple language. The only thing I thought it needs to improve is the number of examples. Review: I've been using Writing Business Bids and Proposals For Dummies as a study guide for the APMP exams, and it's pretty good so far. I'm just a few chapters in, but it's already proving to be a valuable resource. It's helping me in my job, and I'm getting interested in taking the exam now! Highly recommend this book for anyone looking to prepare for the APMP certification.

Bought the book to help me prepare for the APMP Certification. BTW…it is listed in the APMP website as a good resource to that end. Like it: easy to understand. Thorough explanations provided. Would have liked more examples BUT has an appendix with a URL that takes you to a website with several good templates.

Perfect! Contains everything you learn on an APMP course but for a fraction of the cost.

If you are looking for a good reference in best practices in bid and proposal development and management, this is THE book. The authors cover from start to the end what you need to know and be aware of, the tricks and tips. This book is now my closest companion and reference guide whenever I stumble upon a problem during my bid and proposal management process. Note: I am an APMP-certified bid manager; thus, my review maybe biased. However, any bid/proposal manager would benefit from this book. Write to me if you want to know more.
