Ideal for what was needed for
Bought this access panel when renovating my mums kitchen which as boxed in pipe work some of which we may need access to. Use in conjunction with fire resistant mastic and fire resistant plasterboard, this allowed me to create a fire resistant “box” while making it easier gain access than we had before, without breaking the fire resistance, so in the event of a fire the fire can’t use the box to get to the upstairs first floor.
