They work on my Grider home gym. The only ...
They work on my Grider home gym. The only problem is that they "slip" off center of the stack. That has resulted in the weight adjustment pole (in the middle of the stack) not quite aligning with the hole in the weight stack. So I occasionally have to readjust these weights so that it is aligned. Not a big deal. Just an irritation to have to stop a repetition and re-center these weights.
