So far so good,I have only been on these for 3 days, and I'll be honest I take the 4 capsules at night because of the ZMA in the product. I am a horrendous sleeper, and thus far these things have definitely made my sleep quality and quantity much better.I've used a few different ( and fairy decent) T-boosting supplements prior to these and already they're level in quality.I've spent £60 on other branded products and had nothing, I spent less than £15 on the Test Xtreme and already feel better for the extra few hours kip.Worst case scenario - T levels are maintained but improved sleep.Best case scenario - Improved sleep and improved T levelsWin - WinPersonally I would recommend them and I've been an overly loyal customer of other named brands.Plus for the price, I'd have to be a complete muppet to complainNutrtion is also clearly labelled, none of this proprietary blend nonsense, so you know exactly what you are getting.

I've been using these for just over a week now, I decided to try these as I'm over 50 and feeling lethargic and tired after work and exercise and taking much longer to recover from more strenuous days. Wanting to train and get fitter again is a personal goal but I always felt too shot to bother, after a week of using these I'm starting to recover faster and aching slightly less. The only slight downside ive experienced is I'm feeling more hungry, early days yet and it may well be metabolism related but so far so good.The capsules are not too big and are easy to swallow and break down very easily. Best taken with a shake or some toast in the morning for me otherwise my stomach grumbles a bit. So far they seem a good product and combined with a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet I'm hoping to regain even more mojo. If you are considering a booster such as this do some research into what makes a good product and make your own mind up.

Been taking this for a Couple of weeks and whilst at first I didn't notice any difference I have now started to feel some benefit.My sleep pattern has improved and I seem able to put more effort in during my workout. The dosage isn't clear ( to me anyway) on the bottle and had to do some digging. Would probably try a different brand next time.

Having had time to use this product on a daily basis for the best part of a year I wanted to give some feedback. Brilliant product, they always give me a lift and increase my reps in the gym. There are no side effects apart from a boosted libido which I'm really not complaining about being in my late 30's. Another unexpected bonus is extra and more dense facial hair. I’ve always just assumed I can’t grow a proper beard but then noticed (much later) I was shaving more often so decided to leave it to grow out. One week later and I have a full, decent layer of stubble, people have even commented on how good it looks. Remember I’m in my late 30s so my beard growing days should have already reached their peek. I just wanted to mention it as I was one of those men (one with blonde hair) who thought it wasn’t really a reality for me. I can only explain it being due to these supplements, but it’s not going to happen over night, remember I’ve been using these for the best part of a year. So if all you want is a thicker beard why not try these, I took them 2-3 times a day.

Poor product!Used for nearly two weeks and I haven't felt a thing!I would not recommend and if I could give zero stars I would.

Have to give this a 5 star review because of the superb value. Spending £30-40+ on a similar product is crazy. I have been powerlifting 4 more than a dozen years now So can I please ask you to remember not 2 over focus on suplements. Only the 3 key factors will build you muscle And or strength. Those are of course 1. progressive overload weight training (using micro plates) hitting each muscle group no more than every 4th or 5th day (1time a week only 4 squats and deadlifts), 2. Real whole food nutrition and 3. Rest and Sleep.Once and only once you have those in good enough order then the test extreme can assist in muscle/strength gains. The product tends 2 slightly increase male libido no doubt and offers slight improvments in energy and messured aggression in the gum.ym. all in all it is a sound over the counter test booster and from a uk brand, saving the hype for the foreign "MEGA" products. Haha. If u are already serious about weight training, over 21 and want a little boost without getting ripped off this should b the one 4u. Train-eat-sleep.
