Ludicrous Design
Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary! I understand I bought cheap frames, and I have no issues with the cheap plastic— it’s the design that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! There is no reason for the same amount of money it took to make these frames you couldn’t have made them back loaders (you’e just need cardboard and 4 plastic tabs).- The purpose of loading a picture from the back of the frame is to reduce smudging, fingerprints, dust, and fuzz from getting on either your photo or the back of the glass. Since you load this from the front and literally need to push the glass out, the chances of getting smudges and fuzz on both the inside of the glass and the photo increase dramatically. It’s an incredibly frustrating process.- The hanging hook and the stand go into the same area!!! So if you have this frame hanging on your wall, and you decide you actually want it sitting on your desk, you’d have to go through the frustration of pushing out the glass and reversing the photo.- The process of pushing out the glass is incredibly difficult for anyone with dexterity issues/disabilities. Dyspraxia, arthritis, anyone one who has difficulty with find hand coordinations and motor skills will struggle finding the needed hand strength to push out the glass.Awful, awful, awful product. Next time I’ll just go to the dollarstore and get myself cheap frames in bulk that way. A shameful product.

You WILL break the glass when you open the frame
The method of mounting documents/pictures/etc. in these frames is that you pull back the front plastic corners with your fingers while pushing on the back with your thumbs; the plastic bends a little and out pops the glass. The glass is extremely thin and when it scrapes against the plastic holding it in, it cracks and chips (sometimes). Now you have sharp edges on the frame that you have to force back into the plastic once you've placed your paper document. Most frames you pull the back off and the glass is pressure-mounted against the front of the frame, in these the glass is FORCED off the front and held in place by small plastic edges that will chip your glass corners (if not outright break them). As they say.... You pays your monies and you takes your pick. (aka. you get what you pay for)

MCS Format Frame, 8 by 10-Inch, Black, Pack of 6
This does what it needs to do, but I agree with some of the reviews about quality. The glass is quite thin and it's a press fit into the plastic frame. To remove the glass & install the picture, you have to twist the frame gently & pop out the glass. Despite being very careful (because of the reviews, even more than a usual "'very" careful with glass), the glass chipped in the corner on 2 of the 6 frames. Fortunately I only needed 4 frames so I didn't need to order more. Since it was in the corner, I probably could have used the 2 chipped ones. But it would have been noticeable up close.I expected this quality going in. For the price, I got what I paid for. I'm using them for some gaming posters for my son's room, so once they were put up on the wall they look good. If you're planning on using these for framing a nice family photo, look elsewhere. If you want something quick & cheap to hang in your kid's room, these will work great.

Check for shipping damage immediately.
Although I like these frames, two frames were received broken, but since I didn't remove the cellophane until I needed them, I had not noticed until the return time had elapsed. These are often poorly wrapped for shipping and I am surprised there isn't more breakage. Previously I had one larger frame with broken glass and the money was promptly returned. I wasn't aware there would be a limit on the time to report breakage, so when I first noticed these ones I thought I would wait until I opened my second package before claiming a refund. I now know I must open all packages right away and thoroughly inspect for shipping damage before the return window expires.

Very disappointed
I’m very disappointed with these frames. I was looking forward to framing my prints. I watched the little “how-to” video from the company - and read the included instructions. Looked straightforward. Well, it isn’t. I got one picture in one frame. It wasn’t simple like it looked but it finally went together after a tense struggle. I found out from the first one that they don’t just “pop in”. So I was pressing in the corner of the second one, the same way as I had done with the first one. The glass broke. I thought, “well, maybe that’s why they sell a six pack.” So, I wrote that off and tried the next one. The glass broke on that one, too. So, I’m giving up. I’m going to buy another brand.I’m very disappointed. Good luck.
