Works well with VVX411 and newer Polycom phones, as long as the phones have modern firmware in them. Stable connectivity.

The audio and mic on my Beats Pro finally sounds normal when this is connected to Windows 10 laptop and using it through google meet, zoom, teams, or discord. Pair and go. No software required. My only wish is that I found this sooner. Fantastic product.
