Studio Designs Wood Desk Carousel in Black 12166

Works as advertised, appears to be well made, and has spacious slots. A brand I saw at a craft store was ginormous but this one is the perfect size ---and cute too.

I purchased this to be used as a makeup brush holder because I am obsessed with makeup brushes. I'm running out of places to keep my OCD items. This turn-style carousel holder has very large sections that will hold LOTS of brushes! I never thought I would find anything that would be big enough but yet have easy access. Well this desk top carousel is PERFECT!! My brushes can be organized by use, brand or height. There is so much room in each compartment I now have room to continue to feed my obsession ;-) for more brushes!!!! I would recommend this for any one who is obsessed with makeup brushes, lippies, lotions (yes, it's large enough to hold bottles also), makeup brush cleaners or sprays, and more.

I bought this to replace the several jars & cups that held my collection of pencils and markers. (Yes, I joined the adult coloring book fad.) Looks so much nicer on my desk. It is sturdy, nice looking, and is holding 234 pencils and markers, with room for a few more. It swivels, which is a really nice feature. Glad I got it.

The quality of this product is great. I love the size, it's substantial on my desk and can hold a lot of products. I use it for post its, small items and other incidentals to keep my space clean. It swivels nicely holds a TON of stuff. If you are wanting to use this for pen or highlighter storage you may be disappointed. It is not a really deep item so pens will not stand upright but will be leaning all directions unless you have many fitted into the space so they are braced upright by each other. It swivels very nicely and is a quality product that will last. When I received it and opened the box, the product was dusty and I had to clean it before use which is why I gave it 4 stars. I would reorder again if I had a need for another!

I've recently gotten into the adult coloring trend and tried a few different ways to organize my pencils and gel pens that would make them easy to reach but organized enough that they didn't defeat the purpose of relaxing me. My main requirement is to keep the colors relatively separate and secondary, to keep them portable. I tried cups,  Global Art Canvas 120 Pencil Case Black  and leaving them in their tins. All of the options frustrated me. This was really my last ditch option.I LOVE it. I love that it rotates. I love that I can keep my pencils upright. I love that there are enough sections that I can separate my pencils into color families. I love that even with all of my pencils in it, I can carry it up and downstairs with me. I love that it's not too big so I can put it on my side table if I want. If I could, I might take off a half star because it only takes a few hours before the knob on top loosens up from all my spinning the carousel. When I get a few minutes I'll grab some wood glue and attach it more solidly but for now it's a mild annoyance. It would be nice if it were prettier but the dark color is actually a bonus because it hides any marks from the pencils.If you don't have a lot of pens/pencils to put in the carousel, it might be too big for that specific use. I have a lot - about 200 plus another 30 gels pens in one of the sections, and even then I have room for quite a bit more. If you do though, this is awesome!

We loved this organizer for about a year. It's great and holds everything you need. However, after about a year the spinner on the bottom broke off, so it really doesn't work now. I don't dare put it on the table because there's a screw at the bottom that I know will scratch the wood.

this is junk. there is no spinner, it's an uneven screw on the bottom that the device "spins" on and it scratches where you place it.

We use this to hold all our remotes and pens and stuff on our end table. It’s wonderful! We were always bickering about the remote being out of our reach, but now we can just spin this around to the other person. Looks good, too! And it’s nice and sturdy.
