This will not work if you have any idea of placing this on a table. There isn't enough room for it to get any air to the fan if you set it on a flat surface and then it just becomes a large usb hub. Once it would get air to the fan the amount of air that flows through the fan is minimal. If i had this to do over i would look elsewhere for my laptop cooling needs.Pros: Blue light is pretty neat, usb hub could be handy, very quiteCons: no room underneath so air can't get to the fan easily, Fan doesn't blow enough air, even when it does have room, to effectively cool the laptop at all.Conclusion: you can get much better laptop coolers for only 3 dollars more. Right oIat of the box, the fan was rubbing on something every revolution. Tick tick tick tick tick tick tick. Decided opening it and figuring it out myself was easier than returning it. Now it's relatively silent like it should be after I disassembled and reassembled

It never fit my 15.6 inch laptop properly, so I would look for something bigger. I still took advantage of the great cooling and additional USB ports. The fan is near silent and has some nice blue LEDS attached to it.Bottom Line: If you have a laptop that is 14" or smaller, this is a great cooler for the price.

I use it on a 15.6" laptop and it is perfect. Don't let your power settings shut off the fan, it will reset the 4:1 USB. It is so quiet I think it and the blue light are perfect for idle settings.

I used it for a week or two and noticed it wasn't working so I checked the cord and it was torn. I hadn't been moving my computer at all, it just sits on my couch and the cord ripped and I had to go buy a new one.

i bought this with expectation to put it under my new laptop that im getting soon so i put it under my new laptop to compare the size and before i even get it under i plug it in and the fan turns on and it ticking so i took it apart and tried to find out what the problem is i thought it might be a loose screw or something long story short i found out that on the bottom the fan spindle point of axis pokes out of it where the tape on the bottom belongs i figure the tape is suppose to hold it up but mines didn't and it clicks for some reason i plan to just stick a piece of tape on it and it should be fine if not maby stick something in there but i cant really complain because it was only 16$ pretty good price for the (4) 2.0 usb ports the product itself feels pretty nice almost premium i would say and maby i just got a crappy one but other than the loud click which i plan to fix or get this fan replaced this item is really good for the buck but i wish that the fan would spin a bit faster i think the other model of this on is probably a little better so if you can pay the extra dollar it cost i would go and buy that one instead the only reason i didn't is because i didn't find it until after i bought this(p.s. the fan fixed itself somehow it stopped clicking so i didn't have to fix it myself) one last thing this fan is 15 inches so if you have a 15.6 inch screen laptop you would want a 17 inch laptop cooling pad unless you don't mind the sides of your laptop hanging off which dosnt really bother me but though someone might want to know before buying

I bought this cooling pad for my teenagers to use with their laptops. Very sturdy and also has an adapter on the plug so you can still use the USB outlet for something else, like a mouse. My kids love it and they said their laptops don't even hint of warming up. They really like the sturdy base and big fan on it. I like it too and think it provides a larger area to be cooled. I would recommend this seller and product.

This item works as described it came a day late but works very wellSafe packaging easy to figure out how to use without a manual happy with purchase
