The media could not be loaded. Works for 350z easy to do if you have a chip in the original key just transfer it to the new key and get the key cut no programming needed. Programming the remote to the car for unlock lock and alarm is simple and takes less than 3 minutes using a YouTube video as a guide. The key is also very high quality, it doesn’t feel cheap.

Save stress call a locksmith to get this programed, the key cost me $75 USD on top of purchase, though the key guy gave me the blank for the test cut, so I got a free non-functional spare as well and they came out to my place to do everything

I personally like how sensitive the buttons are, because my old fob would hardly respond with my car. This one works first try, looks sharp, comes w batteries, and matches my car perfectly. (It’s plastic ofc purchased mainly for looks and convenience)-ps I’m a licensed locksmith, get approval from your locksmith before purchasing.

Locksmith was unable to use this key on my QX56. I is not a proximity key.

Tried to open it to see how future battery replacement would go. Definitely does not open like any key fob I've ever had. I really didn't pull all that hard and the case snapped in half. Very disappointed as now I'll have to glue it and hope for the best.

I wanted to get a secondary key, remote and have it for a 2006 Nissan Altima. I have the ability to program vehicle keys with my KM100 so I knew this wouldn't be an issue. I like the nice sleek design and it feels really well made, and could be an OEM type remote.Instructions are minimal so if you don't know what to do, then this isn't for you. You can ask the locksmith to program the immobilizer transponder so that it will allow the engine to start.I took the new remote to my local locksmith and had the blade cut from the original key. I programmed the remote buttons following the Nissan process for remote learning. All the remote buttons function properly, lock, unlock, trunk, panic. Lastly, I had to reprogram all the keys with the KM100. Because it is 2006 Nissan, programming for immobilizer requires all keys to be redone at the same time, you cannot just add one new key, so had all keys and went through the programming and then tested them all for functionality. It is working great!Deducting 1 star due to the trunk button being very sensitive and can open when you don't intend to. Should have made it a double press to activate.
