Not bad for the price paid
These vitamins are good. The only real issue for myself was that they were a little large to swallow

I've used a few different types to up my vit d & c intake and overall improve my immune system after having so many illnesses last year. Since taking, don't know if it's coincidence but I have been ill half as much and when I have been ill I've recovered quicker

Needed for winter!!
I absolutely swear by this for winter with illnesses flying around! Great value for money and nice to get all the vitamins I need for my immune system in 1 tablet!

Amazing!
So when my kids get ill I always get ill and then my partner does. I work from home as well so I don’t end up leaving the house much so not much vitamin d, since taking these I haven’t gotten ill once even when my kids and partner all got coldsI will say they taste a tad bit like dirt but hey it’s better than getting a cold all the time

Weird taste
If you’re anything like me and struggle taking tablets. Don’t buy these. But I have to say they are doing the job haven’t been sick since taking these. They smell absolutely rancid but they do the job.
For adults, take two (2) tablets per day. Do not exceed stated dose.
