Making butter bread
I bake bread every day. Usually four at a time. They didn’t seem to rise as well. So I was told to try using this. They rise beautifully now they have a great texture. I’m not really sure why this works so well, but I don’t care cause it does.

Good product for baking
This is probably one of the most overlooked products by bakers today. One thing I have noticed is that if you add a couple of Table spoons of this to your pizza dough, it will kerp the strong yeast flavor at bay, and allow for a really tasty crust. Plus yeast like it.

it is not that popular here but in certain countries in europe that malt is added while baking bread, buns and other baking goods.

Perfect to boost sourdough
Worked very well to boost my starter and breads. Quick delivery
