I like this cookbook but wish it would have included pictures ...
Why don't cookbooks include pictures for every meal? I like this cookbook but wish it would have included pictures for every meal listed. I am visual, so if I can't see something, I'm not sure if I want to eat it or not. :)

A decent cook book for those who live in a household that needs to prepare meals for vegetarians and omnivores alike. I recommend this product.

Kept me from going back to meat!
When I purchased this cookbook, I was at my wits end with trying to figure out how to feed myself and my husband (a meat eater) without having to give up my day job and spend the whole day in the kitchen! I really didn't know how to make flexible meals being a relatively new vegetarian. I've tried 6-10 recipes from this book so far and both my husband and I enjoyed them all thoroughly and have added them to our normal rotation. It's also changed the way I think about preparing our meals...meat has a "condiment" or side in these tasty recipes has satisfied us both!

The recipes were pretty boring. Was disappointed . It is now collecting dust..... Pick another book any book really do
