Does this digitizer comes with any film that must be removed before instaling it.

Yes, there is protective film on both sides that need to be removed. There is no adhesive on the touchsensor. So you need to purchase some 3 mm wide adesive tape.

Is this the LCD screen for the prius ?

No. Just the digitizer. It's a glass panel that fits over the LCD screen that senses touches. You install this when your touch screen looks OK but doesn't react to touches.

Does the new touch screen come with adhesive on the back?

will this fit a 2008 lexus gs 350?

the info says it will fit a "GS350". mine was for a Prius and it fit just right. be aware, they are not the easiest thing to change.
