The threaded post at the bottom that you screw the filter plate to needs to be a couple millimeters longer. With 13 grams of coffee it doesn’t reach and the filter plate moves around and gets lopsided.

I received mine with no instructions, so I found something on Youtube which was helpful. Adjust your grind of coffee to medium, because if you use a fine grind like I did, (that's all I had on hand) you will end up with a sludgy mess and the water won't drip through. It cleans easily and is also dishwasher safe.

We really liked the filter, until we put it in the dishwasher. The post in the middle is clearly made of aluminum and not stainless steel, as its surface corroded. We purchased the filter because it is advertised as dishwasher safe, unlike most others.

Thick and sturdy. Love it. It would outlast the filter at the Asian supermarket for years to come. I'm glad to have bought this.

does exactly what it's supposed to do, I was surprised that this model was made frome a heavier more beautiful stainless steel than i've seen in the vietnamese shops and markets, it was a gift, and my friend loved it! really happy with this purchase

Too expensive for the product. Didn't come with instructions (gift for a friend).
