Nice product
This is a good product and is very convenient when I’m playing and run out of batteries I can quickly switch the chargeable ones another thing I like is the headset holder when I’m done and wanna get off instead just throwing it onto my desk and the wires getting everywhere I can comfortably hang it there and the cooling fan for the main console is good but it just a little bit loud

Love this!
I have limited space in my apartment so I wanted something for my new Xbox S that would hold all of my things in one spot. I love the standing look of the console and the platform it sits on is very sturdy. The fan is really quiet. The only lights are the glowing green lights for the charging indicator for the controllers which aren't very bright, but do stay on regardless if a controller is on it or not. The charging ports seem to get stuck so I just stick with a wired controller to my Xbox directly. The headset stand works fine. Overall great product for the price!

Great cooling stand, but cannot get in contact with customer service.
I love this cooling stand it is my favorite thing I’ve purchased for my Xbox, but one of the controller packs came broken and I have never been able to get ahold of customer service so that is disappointing to say the least, but hey you get what you pay for I suppose!

Keeps things charged and organized
Works well, no issues. Controllers stay charged and my Xbox can't fall over. Cats.... so many cats... lol

Cheap but great
This stand feels a little cheap and I was worried at first, but it's been a year now and it's still working great. It charges my controllers no problem. The fan is great for helping the Xbox get some airflow when it's getting warm. Awesome little stand for a good price.

Doesn’t last very long.
My charging unit was purchased March 28th and first used after it arrived in April. 4 months later in August…. It will no longer charge my controllers. Very disappointed.
