This book has been so helpful to give me a kick start in integrating service learning in my high school classroom. The ideas are laid out clearly and there are so many helpful examples.

This is a good foundational resource. It is a bit limited in theoretical context and depth, however has some great ideas for getting started. There are also some very nice templates for facilitating planning, thoughtful writing/processing, and reflecting for students which is an essential component of service learning.
