Wasn't very leak proof
Made a Japanese Fuffy Pancake and way too much leaked out the sides and into the bottom of my oven. Was sad we lost about a third of the batter.

Great cooking pan

Sides are NOT non-stick, my would be cheesecake burned black on the sides and bottom.
You do not want this pan. I used same receipe, baking temperature, time, everything same as my old steel pan but the crust was burned black on the sides and on the bottom. I was watching, and when I saw what was happening it was too late. It took hours of soaking and plastic scrubbers to get the sides clean, the bottom crust was burned almost black but not stuck. I couldn't see where all of the burned crust was because the pan is black! The only good thing about this pan is that it didn't leak very much. But having to pry off the sides and remove all the black crust ruined an entire day. It is being used as a drip pan under my son's car.
