I purchased and installed this a little over a year ago around my master bath mirror. It was slightly difficult to work with because it was thick and stiff, but using a hair dryer I was able to get it a bit more flexible. I wasn't thrilled with the finished look, but that was a design choice on my part and not the products. It does look like plastic (as it is), a quality paint job (not my talent) would greatly enhance this item. I was concerned with the possible reflection maybe showing the back side of the product, but that was not an issue.Over the year, I have cleaned this many times, with no negative affect. It held up well.As of this week, due to a remodel, I have removed this product from the mirror. Looking at the pictures, you can see that the adhesion is very good. There were a few moments in the removal process I was concerned that pulling the trim off, would actually break the mirror away from the wall in pieces. The trim did snap in two a couple of times and you can see that the adhesive is very thick. It took a real good amount of tug to remove this stuff.I bought 2 boxes and I used just a bit out of the second box for my size of mirror, so the extra I used to create a frame around an art project I did. This stuff is HEAVY so trimming art work and then hanging it on the wall hasn't worked well for me.When purchasing I was concerned about it staying where I put it - IT DOESWould it look "cheap" - a bit - detailing the trim after install would help that.

My husband and I are remodeling our house and we didn't want to spend tons of money on the small things. We wanted chair railing but didn't want to spend hundreds to put it through our house. This worked great. I ordered 3 rolls and it covered my entire hallway and my daughters room. I put it up in December and it's now March and it's still holding up great. It has held up against 3 kids all under 10, a dog, sticking and re sticking when putting it up because I'm not very good at keeping things straight. It was easy to cut as well.

I had a rather large mirror to frame, this was cost effective as I was able to put 2 pieces together (cut at a 45 degree angle) and you can't tell :) I did use my miter shears to cut, and filled a few small gaps at the angles with black caulk- it really turned out well! Easy to put up, strong adhesive (be sure you place it exactly where you want it!!) and it is thick and well made.

Only got 10ft instead of 16.4 as stated in description.I already took off the plastic to adhere to a board so can't send back. Would sure appreciate getting the rest of what I paid for.

Easy to install and adhesive is very strong. You'll need to caulk the edges for a nice smooth look
