Nice gentle angled stairs
I have a 15 year old American Bully with arthritis. For some time now I haven’t allowed her to jump on and off of the couch so I had been using the type of stairs that you find at the pet store. 🚫 too steep! I bought these for in the house and for my suv, with the folding accordion feature it’s very easy to move around. Sure, they take up some room but she is so much more confident using these. A great product!

No hesitation by my dogs!
I was totally amazed that my 75 lb Staffordshire Terrier walked right up these steps and in to the van. She has refused to go up all other steps and ramps that I have tried. I already had several from previous dogs but she refused them as well. I honestly wasn't very hopefully so was actually speechless when she walked up them like it was old news! They are sturdy, lightweight and fold up into a relatively small unit. Definitely worth the money!

Awesome product
Our dog is having hip issues. With these steps, she can easily in into & out of the back of our 4Runner, our RV or the back of our truck. We, and she loves the product. Great quality and lite weight too. Collapses to store out of the way.

Very sturdy, but not great for backseat.
I've been debating getting a set of these steps to help me put my (very short) dogs in my back seat. These were such a great price I had to try them. It turns out other reviewers are half correct when warning about using them for the backseat. It's not an issue with the door itself (or maybe it is in some cases), my doors open nearly 90 degrees, for me it was an issue of the wheel well cutting into the door. So basically my back doors aren't wide enough for the stairs to sit on the seat, it hits the curved portion of the door from the back wheel. I have a Subaru Outback and it's a no go. I also tried my mother's Kia Sorento (a 3 row SUV) and it was also a no go, so it doesn't seem to be size of the vehicle, it might work for a pickup or a van. I haven't decided if I'll return them or try to find another use for them, they are really nice, but they just won't work for the application I intended.

I really wanted this to be great
Definitely light weight, easy to fold, small enough it doesn’t take up much space in your vehicle and the steps are large enough for my dog to actually stand on them. It had to be used in the trunk of my vehicle- mid sized SUV- the side doors don’t open wide enough for them to be placed in the back seat. But they definitely seemed stable and the grip/cushions on the edges kept my car from being scratched by the frame. Unfortunately I ended up returning these. I do think the one I got had a flaw- the inside material on the second from bottom step was broken but being a lower step I was willing to keep them despite that- the other steps were fine. What I didn’t like was the material that covered the steps, it was much too slick for my dog. He is large (115 lbs) but I was able to get him to use the steps with some treat enticement. He just couldn’t get confident because they were too slick. He has arthritis in his back half and without decent grip on the steps they were just too slippery for him with his weak legs. If they could put some kind of rubbery/no slip material on the steps these would be absolutely fantastic.

Heaven Sent!
My dog loves riding in the car and I enjoy taking him with me. However, his joints no longer allow him to jump in or out of the car and my back no longer lets me lift him in and out of it. I saw another dog owner use these steps in the parking lot of a veterinary hospital. He let me try them for my dog. Voila! Problems solved. I jumped on Amazon and ordered them before leaving the parking lot. I wish they were a bit lighter but they are not nearly as heavy as a ramp and take up far less space in the car when not in use. My dog took to them instantly. Another big plus is they adapt to tighter spaces (parallel parking).

Stretches out really far so dogs feel safe to climb up and down
Love this product. I had three dogs w injuries who needed assistance getting in and out of the car and they all felt comfortable using these car stairs. Folds up well and doesn’t take up a ton of space once you fold it up and the stairs are sturdy. Highly recommend but if your dog is over 65 or 70 pounds, you might want to look for a model w wider and longer steps.

Great
Worked great for my 122 pound dog to get into my 2017 jeep trail hawk.Has grip type foam keeps it from sliding. Also a tether latch. It folds up nicely and stays in back of my jeep. Even tho my Dog no longer fears getting in and out I still keep it for when she gets too old and can no longer jump. I do recommend.
