This works well but I found that heavier stock paper worked better than thin paper.

Circle Punch for Paper Crafts
I absolutely love this circle punch for my paper crafts! It's incredibly easy to use and produces perfect circles every time. Not good.
The throat of the hole punch was smaller than I needed. However, I understand most people wouldn't use it on card board. I tried to use it on regular paper and it could not even cut it. The blade is not all at the same height. So three areas of the circle don't touch the paper.The 5 Star rating is for their customer service. After posting this review they reached out and help me out. I am guessing the one i got was just a slight issue. Most likely one of a kind.

Broken and missing parts
Missing bottom cover and broken. I can deal with the bottom cover being missing, but the actual punch is broken so it’s completely useless.
