Love the colour! If it does get knocked over when it’s stood up then simply stand on the base and the whole thing stands back upright! Good easy foldable cane. I have used Hurrycane canes for about 4 years and this is my 3rd… I have a red and a purple one and I love the blue one! I like to colour co-ordinate with my outfits… who says you can’t be trendy with a cane :-D Highly recommend. As a first time cane user, I found this hurry cane model to be sturdy, doesn’t tip over as much as the less expensive model I tried first but returned. The comfortable hand grip makes a real difference It’s soft on your hands as opposed to the hard vinyl handle that I previously had. It is also foldable which will be handy to store after my injury has healed and I don’t need it. I resisted the idea of using a cane at first until my physiotherapist explained how important it is For my body to be able to balance the shifting of the weight. I’m happy with the purchase and recommend it. Happy with the purchase

I have used a cane now for over twenty-five years and have tried many. This is the best cane so far. The heavier bottom seeks the ground compared to some of the smaller, lighter ones that have a tendency to float a little above the ground before making contact. I have arthritis in my wrists and the grip is good and I rarely have a problem. The cane does not flex quite as expected and it does not always stand on its own, depending on how long one leans on it. I have about ten different canes but this is the one that I always reach for, even in the house. Now to my problem...I had purchased my first one at a Medical Supply store and last fall I decided to order a second one as the first was getting quite tired. The cane was delivered by Amazon but within a very short period of time the "foot" fell off. The cane has been repaired by none other than three people, several times each and it still works for a very short time and then we have to start all over again. That being said I should have returned it to Amazon but I did not use it right away and then I thought it would be fixable, since I did not have any problems with the first. So I will order another one and hope that this one will be a gem like my original. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
