What’s the fragrance made from? Real Oud and rose etc? Or synthetic scents?

Don’t know but they’re awful smelling

Hi the cones are made in house in the UK using 100% natural Agarwood.

Do these work in the back flow burners?

Hi, these are note backflow incense cones. The smoke rises up and not down.

Go out the whole time, I find these only burn about half way down the cone then go out - every time

Light the cone until you have a small flame. Let the flame burn for a few seconds. Gently blow the flame out and you should see the cone has a smoking tip. (If the tip is not smoking repeat until it does). Let it slowly burn. This is my method - works every time!
