I am finding it very hard to get good books that actually show you how to do stuff in people analytics. I'm an analytics manager who has just moved into the HR space and I would love to find something that helps me and my team perform and interpret typical analyses in HR. This book just seems like a random set of frameworks and a lot of self-promotion, as do a lot of books in this space. Where is the actual instruction and examples? V disappointed, but getting used to it.
