We love this faucet so much. The one surprising thing is that the wings do not operate the water flow. We know this cause we bought it and installed it, but the guests that come over always pull on the wings, thinking that's how you turn the water on. It's strong enough to take the torque, and people figure it out, and enjoy the faucet.

The media could not be loaded. Well, I love this bird faucet so much that I bought it again. I purchased this 2 years ago for a home flip. This bathroom was down to the bottom of my capital. I had spent so much on the kitchen, flooring and primary bath that I had little left over to transform this bathroom. However, I chose this little guy and made him the focal point. You can see the before in the last pic! Didn’t he upgrade this bathroom so much?Anyway, he is solid and gorgeous! So much so that I just bought him again for my new home. The install & fit was easy! When you turn it on, it has lots of flow. Functions extremely well! Almost verging on too much water pressure, so go slow. I didn’t not see any leaks. Unfortunately, I flipped the other home and have not been able to determine it rusts or tarnishes. I will update in my own bathroom in time. Price is exceptional! Really!

The media could not be loaded. I wanted something funky/art deco for the bathroom amongst all my neutral construction and this delivers just enough pop. It starts conversations. I ordered a matte black swan and it arrived with the wings loose and my contractor husband was wary of taking it apart to figure out how to tighten them — we didn’t want to lose our money. I started a return but the company reached out to me offering to send a new one, which they did promptly. It, too, arrived with loose wings but they then sent me a video on how to easily deconstruct the faucet and tighten the wings. My husband did it in about 10 min for both. So, we now have two of these lovely faucets and I’m stoked. My guests try maneuvering the wings to operate the water — they don’t see the joystick upon first impression — as others have attested in their reviews. Just a heads up that demonstrations may be required for your guests, so that you don’t have kids (or adults! hehe) putting all their muscle into re-loosening the wings. :) I’m very happy with this purchase. The company has reached out repeatedly in the last few months, on standby for any issues we incur.

The style is unique

Love this faucet. Only problem with is that the hot and cold lines are mixed up. Just remember to switch them at install. It’s perfect for our powder room otherwise.

I am in love with this faucet - it's perfect for my kid's bathroom! I had trouble with a piece and I reached out to the company, they happily sent a replacement in the mail to me. They've consistently followed up to make sure I have everything I need and am happy with the product. I'd buy this again!
