Only last around 10 months. It turn solid red last night.
The item may have been defective. It is supposed to last 2 years according to the manual. I installed and purchased the complete set of filters from you around August of 2023. My inlet water TDS reading is 183. The pure water TDS reading is 46. Rejection rate is 46%. end of line for the membrane. I am thinking about switching to other brand like Aquathru.

Filter is exact replacement.
Dislike the plastic retention clips which break easily when changing filters.

Is the filter I just received authentic?
The filter I received has a dark blue label with no company name and looks nothing like the label in the product photo. Is that an authentic product or counterfeit one?

Needs instructions
Bit of a challenge to install. Instructions would be useful, but could get from website.

Its alright
For a countertop R.O. it's okay. Had it about a year and there's no trace of chlorine or fluorine in the water. It's not 99% pure as they claim though. Being a chemist. It actually wastes quite a bit of water and I used many different R.O. filters. If you can, get a under the counter with a storage tank if you are able to have it installed.
