Q: When using dual Gig bars, how do you sync the two systems together so that the lights are responding exactly the same way?

You can use a Dmx cable to connect the units together then switch them to master slave mode. Donner makes a wireless option that does the same thing so you can have them spaced out further without the need for a ton of wire. Looks much cleaner.

Q: Can the lighting be dimmed from the remote?

The lights cannot be dimmed from the remote but there is a total blackout feature.

Q: What is the connector called that plugs into the gigbar? Can you use an adapter and plug different lights into it?

They are dmx connectors. You could plug something else into them but I don’t see why you would want to. This is a clean portable setup and would probably not fit back into the bag if you added a different light.

Q: Is this really tall enough? Looks like about 4 feet high does it go high than that??

Like the answers below, it goes to 8 feet I believe. I have a sub with pole to my top, and it clears that perfectly so i can put it behind.
