The package is great, while I was opening it and expecting how great the product will be. It doesn’t tune me down.Lightweight and very easy to use, it takes me 5 minutes to go through the instructions. I cleaned my driver side carpet in 3 minutes.Very satisfied with this product, only thing I noticed that the body will get warm if keeping on for too long.Overall it is a great product, especially good for dog lovers, field workers and so on.

I was so excited to get this and then crushed to find it arrived missing parts making it worse than worthless. I then checked to see if there was any way to contact customer support in the documentation only to find the only contact information was for the manufacturer's phone number in China. I kid you not, the only way to contact the manufacturer for any kind of customer support is by making a long distance call to China and the people on the other end only speak Chinese.This is a very cheaply made product missing critical parts (the entire filter assembly was missing, not just the filter) such that the unit does not function except to suck everything up and spit it out the back spraying debris everywhere. This makes a HUGE mess! To top it all off, there's no way to contact anyone anywhere to get missing parts. This could be an issue later, what do you do to get replacements parts like new filters? There's no source for the paper filters, once the filter gets too grungy and can no longer be cleaned and re-used, you're screwed. Your whole vacuum is now worthless because you can't get another filter.Same deal if something breaks or wears out, there's no customer support from the manufacturer. This is not built or designed very well either so parts will be breaking and needing replacements. What do you do then? You can't get technical support, customer support, replacement parts, etc. or anything else from the company that makes these.This is a really bad buy. It's way too expensive (several times more expensive than better designed and made mini vacuums), very cheaply made, has a poor design, and there's no way to get any kind of support or replacement parts. The quality control is so terrible that they don't even notice or care when a unit is shipped out missing the entire filter assembly! One can't even buy more filters for it. This is a one and you're done situation - you only get one filter and when it can no longer be used, the unit is done for and can no longer be used.What kind of a manufacturer charges such a high price for products with such limited use with no ability to easily contact them for customer/technical support and replacement parts and filters? Come on, just about every other vacuum cleaner on the market has the ability to get replacement parts and filters and most offer at least some very basic kind of customer support. You can't even e-mail the manufacturer. I researched everywhere and there isn't any way to contact them other than by making a long distance call to China.BTW, the battery life is worse than described - the unit goes from a full charge to almost nothing in just a couple of minutes. I hope this was due to a bad battery or something like that but who knows. The sucking power was terrible too, even fully charged it could barely suck anything up.I am not impressed with this unit or manufacturer and will be returning it. Next time though, I will be making sure any product I purchase has real customer support in English, is easily reachable, offers replacements parts/filters, and will stand behind the products they sell.

I bought it to place it on my brand-new vehicle; you know, how it feels to have a new car. just want to always keep it clean as new for a while..And it does its job perfectly and has great suction power which is quite amazing to see from this little thing. Seem like the battery life is great as well because I haven't charged it for about a month but still runs in full power. Each time I use, usually use it around 7~10 min to clear out the mats, 1 or twice a week. So it kinda gives you an idea how long it will last. I might need to charge it soon though, just in case :)

In general I like this vacuum. For a handled vacuum is good enough.Pros: lightweight, decent suction power, battery life is good for light cleaning, it has a fancy design and easy to clean.Cons: the ON/OFF button should be better designed. I keep hitting the button and turning it off. It’s annoying.The attachment that comes with the vacuum is a little bit stiff to place up and down, but I think I can get use to it. However, I don’t recommend for arthritic hands or elderly, unless you don’t use the attachment or just or just keep it in a upward position at all the times.It doesn’t pick up dog fur or hair very well from my car mats.Overall: With the charge that came with the vacuum I was able to clean all the 4 mats of my car (that were not terrible dirty), car ground+ seats + trunk mat. Alternating the high and low speed settings. The vacuum is good for touch ups cleaning. This not for heavy duty purposes!

First thing is the design got my attention, it look modern and handful size to me.I can't believed how powerful it's until I try the 2nd speed, it suck out all the junks and crumbs snack left in my car.I had a small car vacuum before but the filter was not a metal, and I have to buy a new filter to replace it. But with this vacumm I like how easy to clean the filter up because it is a metal filter, I don't need to buy replacement for it.

I got this vacuum when on Oct 2021, when it was priced more than $100. Sadly I am only able to leave a review today. It is good that they lowered the price as it is not the most durable vacuum I have handled. Attachments fall at times when applying pressure in the carpet or surface. The battery only lasts for about 20mins, which should be fine if cleaning a small car. The suction was good. The power button location is awkward as it is easy to unintentionally turn off during use. For the price I paid, I wish it had more variations for attachments and longer life battery. Also, the vacuum is not working anymore after a good solid year. I am very sad to have archived this item. Do not buy if you want a durable more functional vacuum for your vehicle.Seeing that they lowered the price to ~$60, I would still not buy.

I liked the product at first as it was easy and safe to use on wood furniture, but you had to work very fast as the charged battery would lose power within five minutes. Then, it quit the battery simply would NOT charge after approximately 7 or 8 months of very light use. No way to replace the battery. No way to get help from manufacturer. DON’T WASTE MONEY ON THIS VERY PRICEY VACUUM with horrible battery that cannot even be replaced. I would like to give it ZERO stars as it was so expensive and at that price it’s a crime to have that bad of a battery and NO SERVICE.
