How sweet is the product ( specify flavor ) on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being sickeningly sweet like platinum hydrowhey turbo chocolate.

I have only had two flavors, Creamy Vanilla which is really good. On a scale of 1 to 10 ,assuming 5 is average and 10 is sickeningly sweet. I would give it a 3 5/8.The other flavor I had was cookies & cream. It has to be the grossest thing to ever touch my taste buds, too nasty for the scale.

better with milk or water?

Vanilla and creamy vanilla are the best flavors and it mixes best with water. After mixing with water you can add milk if you want and mix again.I have done that. I have found it is best to mix with water first,before adding fruit or anything else too.
