Q: can I buy biscotti from amazon, and have them shipped with amazon ?

Not sure I understand the question. If you buy from a seller who sells Fulfilled by Amazon, then Amazon automatically ships it Prime (2 day UPS service). If you buy from a merchant fulfilled seller, they ship it however they want and it takes 4-21 days to arrive depending on the item, method of shipping and your location. Does that answer your question?

Q: what is the weight for each bag? 6 oz or less?

Since the weight of the 4 boxes is a little more than 2 pounds, I would guess each box to be closer to 8 ounces.
