Disappointing service
Thé light ring is good but they sent me the whole thing without the tripod and then the return window was closed very shortly after the delivery. Super disappointed

Tripod has adjustment knobs of very bad quality
I was very excited to receive my light but unfortunately immediately, when setting it up, the first adjustment knob on the tripod i fastened, had its threads stripped. So now its loose and imposible to adjust to certain height. I was extremely careful with other 2 fasteners, but they just feel of very bad quality and it feels they are going to break ever time i m adjusting the tripod.

This product is not from neewer! I received a open package and a no name brand ring light without the stand. Also the items where opened before. I returned the product and hope I will get my money back.

I bought this 18” ring light for content and it is 100% worth the money! It is soo bright, and the quality of my photos that it gives me is unreal. I would recommend this ring light to anyone!

I like this product. It is exactly what it stated. Just need to get a separate adaptor for phones that has 6.7" screen size; which is not an issue. Thank you!
