They work great!
I ordered these bulbs to use at my mothers house in the basement. When I received them only one bulb turned blue like it should and I thought I had a defective bulb. I contacted the manufacturer and received assitance from them. The package is quite vague about the operation of the bulb. "Please" read the instructions that are included with the bulb. You can switch between regular and UV modes by turning the light on/off/on again quickly, and it will switch to the UV modes or back to the regular light mode.I felt foolish for not reading the instructions now, but everything turned out great in the end.

Epic...
I bought 5 of these so I can have them throughout the house.I just put 3 up in 3 different ways - alone in a single unit, 1 in a 3 way unit chandelier and one in an old stick lamp so I can move it around independently. The light is very intense! So will run in the rooms when I'm not in there just in caseAll worked right out of the box, no issues no extra to do - screw it in and switch the light on (or off and on again) and it went between regular light and blue light just fine!I swear I can feel the difference already after an hour and my home feels Warmer - my thin walls are notoriously hard to heat and when I walked into the area that had the light in it was noticeably warmer - BONUS!If the price remains the same I say it's worth the value and may even make your air circulation improve how it heats!I would buy again and/or get backups at this price (around $7 on sale). I don't think you'd regret it!

It's Near UV light, not full UV strength
Disinfection takes longer than standard UV lights because this bulb is Near UV, but not quite full UV strength. But still works.

Works Great!
This light does exactly what it says it will do. It works really well on a dimmer (provided the dimmer is rated for LED lights). The brightness and color are what you would expect. I'll buy another of these for the second bathroom.

It works
I put it in the bathroom. We flip the UV light on after showers to kill bacteria.

Bad company, plain and simple.
Update: After trying to reach Globe customer support for two weeks(after leaving exactly 9 voice messages and 8 emails, and waiting on hold for approximately 20 hours), with zero response. We went ahead and returned all of the bulbs that we have purchased from Globe, whether they were purchased on Amazon or elsewhere. We had a very simple question and needed the answer. Instead of answering our question here, seller's responded with a very vanilla statement that ignored a very specific part of the question. After re-clarifying and pointing out that we were not confused about what they had responded with, we continued to receive the same exact answer. Thus, why we were prompted to contact customer support. We called multiple numbers, used multiple contact forms, reached out on social media. Aside from being upset while writing this review, we did our best to be pleasant and patient. We tried our best to make sure we called the right numbers within the right time-frames.The lights randomly will go on germicidal or normal light unpredictably. There is no way to use a timer, motion sensor, smart socket, or combination of the three without flicking the light switch on and off until you find the mode in their "dual mode" system that works. It's not only annoying, but causes the device itself to phantom draw, which can be very dangerous if left ignored. If you only use these in a standard light switch configuration, if you don't mind flicking the switch on and off until it cycles onto the correct mode, and if you never squeeze the top of the bulbs just a bit(which causes the diffuser to pop off), then you may enjoy these bulbs.

Surprised by the results
I had a lingering smell in and around the area containing my cat's litter box. I decided to try using a sanitizing light since I could not pin down the exact location of the source of the odor. After leaving the room with this as the only light for the time I was at work (6 hours), I came home to a room with virtually no sink. I never thought this light would work, but I am so glad I gave it a shot. I know it is a "Sanitizing" light, but if those germs in your home are causing a stink, using this to destroy them is a simple and effective option. It's absolutely perfect if you can't find or reach every single germ in your home. You can just safely bathe a room and all it's contents in light for a few hours. No chemicals, no damage to furniture, and no searching for a germ you can't find because you can't see them without a microscope. It's almost too easy.
