Does it work for driver side rear door?

Absolutely. That's the one I replaced. My car was my beloved '05 Accord LX 4 cyl, by the way. The actuator works like a OEM part. Be SURE to reset the lock system after you install the new actuator. You will need to push and hold the master lock switch on the driver's door in the lock position for a few seconds until it clicks. Look at YouTube if you didn't understand my description.
